Gesundes Essen bei der Ernährungsberatung Linz

Mein Name ist Katharina und ich bin TCM-Ernährungsberaterin in Linz.

Ich habe einen Faible für richtig gutes Essen und ich liebe es zu kochen. Auf meiner Website findest du Rezepte, die schmecken, einfach und familientauglich sind – und dich nicht ewig in der Küche stehen lassen. Ich möchte dich inspirieren, wie man gut und gesund isst, mehr kocht und aufhört, einem Ernährungsdogma nachzulaufen – denn für jeden von uns gibt es eine typgerechte Ernährung.

Von Apfel bis Zitrone, von Kartoffel und Kokos über Cashewnüsse bis hin zu Maniok und Marille ist in meinem Nahrungsmittel-ABC alles dabei. In meiner zweiten Heimat Brasilien habe ich die Vielfalt der tropischen Kochkunst kennengelernt, sah mit begeisterten Augen meiner Mama beim täglichen Kochen zu und wurde von meiner Tante in die Kunst des Ayurveda eingeführt – eine Welt, die mich bis heute fasziniert, inspiriert und in meine Arbeit als TCM-Ernährungsberaterin einfließt.

Die Neugierde an der Kraft der Nahrung hat mich von Paleo, Vegan, Keto, Low-Carb und dergleichen alles ausprobieren lassen. Wollen wir nicht alle ein bisschen fitter, schlanker, schöner zu sein?

An manche Ernährungsformen habe ich mich super strikt gehalten, an andere weniger. Keine davon habe ich allerdings wirklich in mein Leben implementiert.

Je strikter ich versucht habe, eine bestimmte Ernährungsrichtung durchzuziehen, umso schlechter ist es mir dabei gegangen. Denn ich habe einen maßgeblichen Faktor in dem Ernährungsdschungel vergessen: auf meinen Körper zu hören und mir die Nahrungsmittel zu gönnen, die mich nähren und mir guttun. Und genau das habe ich in den letzten Jahren wieder gelernt.

Eine schwere Krankheit innerhalb meiner Familie ließ mich noch intensiver in das Thema „Nahrung als Heilmittel“ eintauchen und gleichzeitig war das für mich auch der Startschuss in eine neue berufliche Zukunft.

Ich vertiefte mein vorhandenes Wissen mit zwei Ernährungsausbildungen, kündigte meinen Job an der FH OÖ und arbeite nun als TCM- Ernährungsberaterin mit eigener Praxis in Linz.

Ich bin eine Reisende, im Herzen auf der ganzen Welt gerne zuhause.

Zu Hause schätze ich mich glücklich mit meinem Mann und meinen beiden Kindern meine große Leidenschaft des Kochens teilen zu können. Meine Küche und Rezepte dürfen sich bodenständig und vielfältig entfalten. Einfach und mit Geschmack. Mit allen Sinnen möchte ich diese Liebe zu gutem Essen weitergeben.
